  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Personalized or custom-made items, as well as sale items, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Await return authorization and shipping instructions from our team.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:

  • Contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

  • We will process the exchange once the original item is returned and inspected.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide photos of the damage/defect and the packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

7. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
